Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when we expand.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
- Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class) — 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping (Royal Mail 1st Class / Tracked) — 1–2 business days
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over £75
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to Royal Mail delays.
Order Tracking Tracked orders will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched. Standard untracked orders will receive a dispatch confirmation.
Packaging All herbs are packaged in resealable, airtight bags to preserve freshness and potency. We use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging wherever possible.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at [your email] and we'll investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
