The Caribbean pain herb — nerve pain, migraine, insomnia, and muscle spasm relief from a powerful Jamaican tree root.

Jamaican dogwood (Piscidia piscipula) is a powerful analgesic and sedative herb from the Caribbean and Central America, traditionally used by Jamaican and Maya healers for pain relief, insomnia, and nervous system conditions. Its active compounds — rotenone, ichthynone, and piscidic acid — have muscle-relaxing, anti-inflammatory, and nerve-calming properties that make it particularly effective for nerve pain, migraines, and tension-related insomnia. One of Fiwi Herbs' most distinctly Caribbean offerings.
