The eye herb — centuries of use for eye strain, hay fever, and upper respiratory clarity.

Eyebright (Euphrasia officinalis) is a delicate wildflower whose name reflects its long traditional use as a remedy for eye conditions. Rich in tannins, iridoid glycosides, and flavonoids, it has astringent and anti-inflammatory properties that soothe irritated eyes, reduce mucous membrane inflammation, and relieve the watery eyes, runny nose, and sinus congestion associated with hay fever and allergies. A staple of European herbalism since the Middle Ages.
