How to Use
Lightly crush 1 tsp dried juniper berries and steep in 250ml hot water for 10 mins. Drink 1–2 cups daily, with plenty of water. Warm, resinous, pine-like flavour. Pairs well with dandelion leaf or nettle for kidney and urinary blends. Do not use for more than 4–6 weeks continuously.
